Expedite Shipping:

The products that have fast shipping tag can be delivered within 3-5 Days.

• Free Shipping:
  We offer free standard shipping inside USA

Backorders or Delays:

• If an item is out of stock or there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email with an updated shipping timeline.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can track your shipment. You can check the status of your order through our website or the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).

5. Shipping Restrictions

• P.O. Box & APO/FPO Addresses:
  We do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. However, shipping times may vary and tracking may not be available for some destinations.
• Restricted Shipping Areas:
  We currently do not ship to the following locations: United States: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico
• Multiple Shipments:
  If you have ordered multiple items and they ship separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the tracking information. We will investigate the issue and, if applicable, work with the carrier to resolve it. If your package was damaged, please send photos of the damage to info@eshoppingmart.com
